HTC Challenge to Iphone-HTC Holiday
HTC will be challenging the reign of the iPhone, specifically the yet-to-be-released or announced iPhone 5, with theHTC Holiday.
The rumored device is said to feature a massive 4.5-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU and will be running on the Android Gingerbread mobile operating system.
The screen of the HTC Holiday will have a resolution of 960×540 making it a qHD display device.
Various reports also point to the HTC Holiday having 1GB in RAM being powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
No details as to internal memory have been reported yet for the HTC Holiday although it will have a microSD slot. As with high-end phones, it’s expected that the phone can take up to 32GB in external memory.
The device will have an 8MP dual-LED flash rear camera reportedly capable of capturing 1080p video nd a 1.3MP front camera.
In the communications front, the HTC Holiday will feature HSDPA 21 Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 Mbps support together with WiFi b/g/n, DLNA and Bluetooth 4.0
The HTC Holiday will also have Wi-Fi hotspot capability.
